Back in 2021, I found myself overwhelmed by the chaos of modern life. Working long hours in corporate consulting, I noticed how stress was affecting not just me, but everyone around me. The breaking point came during a particularly intense project deadline when I realized I hadn't taken a proper breath in hours.
That's when I discovered meditation – not through any grand revelation, but through a simple 5-minute breathing exercise my grandmother taught me. Those five minutes changed everything. I started researching meditation techniques, studying with local teachers, and eventually spent months learning from traditional practitioners across India.
TrackFocus emerged from a simple belief: meditation shouldn't be complicated or intimidating. We started with just a few friends meeting in my apartment, sharing basic breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. Word spread naturally, and soon we had people from all walks of life joining our sessions.
Today, we've helped over 5,000 individuals take their first steps into meditation. What started as a personal journey has become a community dedicated to making inner peace accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience level.
